The hotel has a central location on the Promenade des Anglais, directly across from the sea. It's conveniently located near the main square and the beach. - I booked a room with amazing views over the nearby park and a partial sea view.

We had a room with a view of the park and the sea. The balcony was so narrow that there wasn't even a chair on it, and reading in bed was hardly possible due to poor lighting. Location was great. Mini lobby. Location top. Airport bus 98 stops in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, we liked the friendliness of the staff at the reception especially during breakfast. On TV only RTL as a German broadcaster. Hotel is suitable for short stays.

We loved this hotel, it was in an excellent location, tours picked us up from here, very central to cafes, restaurants are all fantastic, food local is great and good prices too, breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly and did all they could to change our dates due to volcano eruption, upgraded our room to a very large room overlooking the sea. Fantastic hotel.

It was a convenient location and quiet even though it was next to a 6 lane road. The bedroom and bathroom were large.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Both my husband and myself had backache each morning. They also clanked as you sat on them!!

Recently refurbished in a modern, clean and appealing fashion, the hotel is in a great location close to the beach, the promenade, shops, bars and restaurants, and very convenient for the express bus to and from the airport, good value at €4! The rooms are large, light and airy. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with lots of channels. The express breakfast is good value at €7, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. What more could you ask?
